Free standard UK delivery.

All goods ordered via this website are sent via Royal Mail First Class.

We aim to dispatch all orders before 4pm each working day.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, delivery is usually next day, however please allow 5 working days (5-7 working days for International Customers) before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for the Post Office to deliver, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item/s to us.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.

Royal Mail offers guaranteed next day delivery of urgent and important items, almost anywhere in the UK. It is our fastest and most flexible collection and delivery service. The only time this doesn’t happen is when we cannot proceed with an order, example- invalid or incomplete delivery address or the order volume increases unambiguously.

International Delivery

We ship to most international destinations (North America, Europe. Asia, Australia). We use multiple services such as Royal Mail, and DPD to make sure your orders arrive for you.                                                                                                                                     

We charge less as much as possible for delivery outside UK. This is to ensure we provide a great deal for customers outside UK. The delivery cost is computed on the total size, weight and value of your order. There are no hidden add-ons or extra costs for the products purchased on our site.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, please contact us on info@colourvape.com within 7 working days and we will arrange for a replacement.
